Every drafter is human and makes mistakes, which is why it is vital that the plans be reviewed with a fresh set of eyes, and that is one of the services Wildwood provides. It is much less expensive to have a plan reviewed and make the extra effort to identify mistakes, than to have them discovered during the building of the house. Wildwood will review and follow the load path from the ridge to the footings, check the plans for consistency, code compliance, and conflicting specifications or information. Wildwood will make every effort to identify mistakes on plans by others to help ensure the safety of the structure and to reduce the costs associated with mistakes.
